We are currently seeking Full and Part-time Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians to join our new location in downtown Fayetteville, GA. Job Description:

The Licensed Massage Therapist provides therapeutic massage services to our clients. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, have excellent massage technique, possess cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific treatment services. Licensed Estheticians provide facial services to meet each individuals skin care needs and must also possess cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific treatment services. They must also have excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our clients. They must hold and maintain a current state license. Note: All duties and requirements stated are essential job functions. Compensation:

• Consists of very competitive service pay by hour (based on experience) plus tips.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Provide consistent professional massage/facial treatments and services in accordance with Traditions protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa (weekends especially).
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.
• Communicate to spa director any and all occurrences involving staff or clients in the spa that require attention.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Handle client's questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa when noted.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management when needed.

Position Requirements:

• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Able to design specific sessions based on clients' individual needs.
• Must be able to perform all massage treatments offered by Traditions.
• Must be able to perform 3 massages in a row with 5-6 in a day.
• Must be physically able to operate all massage equipment.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Massage Therapy and/or Esthetician: 1 year (new therapist/estheticians may be considered)

Required license or certification:

• Georgia State Massage Therapy and Esthetician License
