Job Requirements:
- Moderate overnight travel
- Work outdoors on building roof-tops year round up-to 40 feet above ground level
- Able to climb up and down step-ladders up-to 40 feet above ground/floor level
- Meet ladder weight safety standard (less than 225 pounds)
- Have and maintain valid motor vehicle license and clean driving/MVR record
- Demonstrated stable work history
- Pass a Physical Abilities Test, Drug Test, and Background Check (including criminal and driving record)
