About this job

Immediate part-time Benefits Assistant opportunity for a growing company in the commercial landscape industry. This role will be supporting the Benefits Manager with administrative functions and project support. You would be responsible for data entry, onboarding, open enrollment, attending meetings and other project work and administrative tasks. This is an entry-level role and would be great for someone who wants to get some experience working within an HR dept. This role would be for about 20 hours/week and they are flexible with the schedule M-F. They are very fast-paced and friendly environment. Requirements

-Min. 1 year experience with administrative support preferably within an HR dept., benefits experience a plug -Strong data entry skills and MS Office(2013) -Ability to service all levels within the organization with a positive attitude -Ability to handle highly confidential information
