As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in supervising employees and tasks
- Maintaining weekly schedules for store team members
- Assisting staff during high volume periods, as needed
- Ensuring food quality product
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a quick service or full service restaurant
- Knowledge of restaurant policies and practices
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have Food Handler's license
