R-D Manufacturing is seeking an Experienced Powdercoater to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper coating of fabricated metal components
- Verify proper pre-treatment prior to powder application
- Apply powdercoat efficiently on a production basis
- Identify and correct processing problems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning
- Assist other manufacturing operations when needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of powdercoating or closely related experience
- Ability to consistantly produce high quality finishes
- Self-starter with a good team attitude
- Good attendance is mandatory
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
