Crew Members are responsible for delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.

Profitability - Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Qualifications:

Skills

Dunkin Donuts located at 1288 Oaklawn Ave is currently hiring for a morning Drive-Thru Ringer. We currently have 30 hours available and are looking to fill the position immediately. Cashier responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Understands the “Six Steps of Service” and can execute with confidence
  • Greet the guest
  • Take the order
  • Collect payment
  • Prepare the order
  • Deliver the order & confirm the order
  • Thank the guest& invite them back
  • Properly directs guest to the pickup area
  • Knows when to ask a guest if they need a tray (Never give 2 trays unless requested)
  • Understands team service (works well with beverage assembler) including slide deployment
  • Knows how to suggestive sell our specials and how to “smart sell”
  • Knows not to “auto-cup”
