About this job

As Managers of the restaurant you will be supervising numerous people in addition to handling general complaints, last-minute schedule changes, kitchen mess-ups and inventory problems. Managers are leaders and must represent the company and themselves well by acting as a role model to the people reporting to them. Managers are generally the ones accountable for recruiting and interviewing quality people to staff your location, as well as making sure these new employees transition as smoothly as possibly into their jobs. You should be a good teacher who tries to help employees who are having difficulty picking up new skills.

Requirements Interested candidates must possess the following capabilities:

Minimum of 3+ years Restaurant Management experience. Prefer experience in a full service kitchen where recipes are perfected from scratch. Guest Focused and ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team, with infrequent direction. High School diploma (or equivalent) required, college degree preferred. Foodservice Management Professional certification a plus
