Local Contractor currently seeking a Project Manager for our Downers Grove Illinois office! This position is a mix between an office and in field technician roll-THIS IS A NON-SALES POSITION. Project Managers primary responsibilities include communicating with ADHI Production Teams to complete work service requests and repairs, communicate with ADHI crews to ensure completion of work and ADHI processes. Previous experience/knowledge in the construction industry is required.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience/knowledge in the Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter industry REQUIRED
- Previous experience as roofing, siding, gutter service/repari technician HUGE PLUS
- Prior Project Management experience a PLUS, but not required
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, Email, Google
- Detail orientated and organization is a necessity
- Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
Duties:
- Perform service/repair related tasks
- Follow up with work done by ADHI after completed by ADHI crews
- Pick up leftover materials on job sites as needed
- Use ADHI software systems to verify and submit quality control checks
- Crew Relations
Hours/Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 as possible; varied hours/Saturdays & Sundays as needed
- Employee is considered on call for off hours in emergency situations and responsibilities required of their position
