About this job

We are looking for a skilled Chef to prepare delicious Creole-Mexican meals according to our Baton Rouge based menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with taste and timely delivery.
Our Sous chef is second-in-command in our kitchen, reporting to the head chef, overseeing the preparation and cooking of food at the restaurant and other operations where guests can eat. The Sous chef makes sure that the kitchen is a well-oiled machine, preparing food, managing the kitchen staff to make sure food prepared quickly and as delicious as possible, and enforcing food safety standards.

 

Requirements-Proven experience as Chef and in running a kitchen-Ability to follow all sanitation procedures-Ability to work in a team-Ability to take charge and delegate-Very good communication skills
