Your responsibilities:
* Supervises and directs activities of the transportation staff at the community
* Conducts daily checks of bus operation including fuel, oil, wipers, fluids, interior and exterior lights, etc
* Responds appropriately and in a safe manner in the event of unforeseen operational malfunctions
* Interacts with residents in a friendly manner providing meaningful attention and communicating concerns of resident"s health to management as appropriate
* Hires, trains, disciplines, conducts performance evaluations and terminates staff in accordance with company policy
Required skills and qualifications:
* Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Current Class C CDL with no major driving violations for the past three years
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Access
