Reporting to the Manager of Business Solutions, the Business Analyst of Digital IT will be responsible for engaging with Product/Portfolio Management, Program Management, and Business teams to ensure that requirements are prioritized and activities are aligned with the product release roadmap. Using knowledge of industry best-practice methodologies, the BA III will be responsible for identifying and translating business procedures and objectives into comprehensive system requirements, including functional specifications, wireframes and UI mockups, workflow diagrams, use cases, and test plans. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in eliciting requirements from business teams, and will also be responsible for prioritizing defects associated with the feature and/or that are impacting the e-Commerce organization and its customers.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 5-7 years of relevant Business Analysis experience with Digital projects
  • Proven knowledge and experience with digital commerce applications, specifically Content Management and ERP systems.
  • Ability to define and drive requirements, testing, end user satisfaction and acceptance
  • Experience facilitating the design of integrated solutions (process, technical, organizational) across mobile and desktop
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior and line level business clients regarding project scope, status, options, and change management.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and business partnering skills
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure end-to-end solution is proven to deliver the required business results
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Project Management core capabilities will be needed as the BA III may sometimes be called upon to also serve as project manager, running the project schedule, budget/forecast, and issue/risk tracking
  • Comfort level established working with agile project delivery methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree Technology, Business, or a related field or the equivalent experience desired
