Administrative Assistant

Do you have strong administrative skills with excellent grammar? Do you like working in a fast paced, entreprenurial growth environment? Are you a great communicator and have demonstrated great customer service to clients and internal staff? Our client could be looking for you?

Primary duties
  • Coordinate calls and appointments with potential clients and vendors
  • Collect and manage data from a variety of sources
  • Facilitate solutions to support the principal
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of previous administrative assistant work. Work in property management is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office including Word.
  • Strong communicator including excellent grammar
  • Experience with problem solving
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task as needed
  • Comfortable with a hectic pace
