Inventory Control/Parts Assistant

An international equipment manufacturer that develops Integrated Industrial Systems for aerospace and advanced technologies is seeking an experienced Inventory Control/Parts

Responsibilities:

• Receive all incoming material, both physically and systematically
• Maintains inventory by marking and placing items in stock; establishing inventory reorder points; reporting items to be reordered
• Documents inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, and removals of items, physically and systematically
• Fills parts requests by issuing/delivering items
• Move unallocated material to stock - physically and systematically
• Prepares reports/logs by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage, core returns, unused parts, and out of box failures
• Some purchasing
• Prepares parts and cores for shipment daily and logs all information in required areas
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SAP a HUGE plus but must at least have Quantum
• 2 years previous experience in aviation industry with aircraft parts/inventory

Work Environment:

Monday - Friday

7:00/8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM

Medium sized facility with 30+ employees

Team oriented environment

Compensation:

$16 - $19/hr
