LGC Hospitality Staffing is currently seeking experienced line and prep cooks in the Portland and surrounding areas. The schedule is flexible and we offer weekly pay!
Responsibilities include: assisting the chef /production cook in meal production, setting up the line prior to meal service, and preparing food according to recipes. The line cook will focus on plate presentation and portion and diet instructions. The line cook will be responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants.
