Multiple Nurse Evaluators in the Greater Tri-state area - Full-time / Part-time

Multiple Openings available in the Tri-state area! Our client, a growing government health care agency are seeking Nurse Evaluators. The Nurse Evaluator will be providing health care assessments to disadvantaged individuals and human services through the state.

Minimum Qualifications

- Registered Nurse licensed in NY
- UAS experience or certified
- 2+ years of RN experience in medical, surgical, geriatric, LTC, home care, ambulatory care
- Ability to review health status questions and make evaluations based on UAS criteria for enrollment
