Mechanic

Equipment that will be the main focus include: Pumps, compactors, chipping hammers, floor grinders, core drills, 240 Volt gas generators, backpack blowers, and walk behind trenchers.

Job Duties:

• Computer orientation the first 2 days for company policies and safety training
• Computer training will be on going for manufacture training with products.
• Preventative maintenance such as oil changes, fluid flushes, bearings.
• Troubleshoot any issues not identified through the standard maintenance check list.
• All jobs are logged with a paper work order and on the computer through E-Pro
• Will be coming up to the front to listen to customer reports of what is wrong with the item and then also coming up to explain what the issue was.
• Use the computer to pull equipment schematics for troubleshooting help.

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot small equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Basic computer skills as their documentation is on the computer.
• Ability to interact with customers face to face.
• Own a basic set of tools like: (Wrenches, sockets, hammers, pry-bar, impact wrench, multi-meter)
