About this job
We are seeking an experienced handy-man/woman to help maintain 6 commercial properties. This job is for reliable, organized, conscientious people only.
Your duties will be to maintain the properties inside and outside. Each day will bring new challenges. You will be mostly independent and self directed. There will be a master list of projects and repairs to complete.
You must be skilled in the following:
Painting
Drywall
Basic carpentry
Basic plumbing
Landscaping
Pressure washing
Seat repair (we will teach this)
Tile installation
Carpet installation
Carpet cleaning
Some concrete work
Some tractor bush hog work
Ability to work off a ladder
Ability to lift heavy objects
If you are hard working, reliable, organized, able to learn new skills and trustworthy, then we are interested in speaking with you.
