One of the largest and fastest growing company, is seeking a sales call rep supporting our new business. This role will be part of the sales team to generate more customer & business and will be responsible for developing customer base by explaining our service features, terms and process over phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls for generating sales and to setup sales appointments
  • Manage follow-up with sales and sales appointments with our current and potential customers
  • Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers
  • Answer questions about the product details, our company and issues with account for the customers
  • Everyday cold calling to B2B
  • Manage our current and potential customer lists with MS Office.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing question, understand concerns and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter with professional and friendly attitude
  • Previous telesales experience must and be able to quickly develop a rapport with strangers on phone
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
