CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Multiple Shifts and Varied Hours Available at our Arcadia, WI location.

Acting as the voice of Ashley Furniture and all that it stands for, each of the outgoing, personable professionals we select for this important role will maintain a consistent line of communication with our customer accounts. Additional responsibilities include operation of a computer terminal to check order information and/or determine the availability of products.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
· One or more years of retail or customer service/call-center experience.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and all levels of management.
· Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and computers.
· Experience with MS Office.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· A pleasant, tactful personality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
