Controls Technician - Full-time / Part-time

A growing food manufacturer located in Schaumburg is looking for a Controls(PLC) Technician. This position is for their 3rd shift and is responsible for performing preventitive maintenance on electrical controls and control systems. This would include enhancing equipment or line performance, assisting the Maintenance team troubleshooting issues associated with the program or controls, writing programs for controls and maintaining back up control components, servo drives, PLC's and panel views. -Min. 3 years of experience with programming electrical components and controls and automation according to CMMS
-Ability to work overtime and work on weekend if necessary
-Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus
-Two years of technical or trade school covering Allen Bradley programming classes
