* Manage Blueprints, Soils Reports, etc. to Subcontractors & Vendors* Accept and analyze bids from Subcontractors and Vendors and manage within bid deadline parameters.* Administration Assistance (answering phones, filing, etc.).* Computer Software applications; i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Drop Box.* Purchasing and Contract Administration.* Check Subcontractor References.* Critical Path Scheduling.* Finish Selection Scheduling and Administration.* Palette and Color Selections and Presentation Boards.* Project Design Management including assistance and guidance with finish material selections, specifications, and procurement for ongoing projects.RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO: jobs@4x4construction.comPlease do not call our office.
