Job DescriptionCall Center /Customer Service North Austin 12.09 phKelly Services is seeking call center / customer service agents in the North Austin area. We are looking for strong candidates that are career-focused and eager to put their customer service skills to use. These positions will be Monday - Friday 1st shift, paying at 12.09 ph.Call Center Customer Service Responsibilities:- Performs inbound and/or outbound calls to agents, vendors, or policyholders - Documents transactions received by phone, email or mail into a database- Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting- Follows process guidelines to complete work - Handles routine transactions, makes decisions and resolves routine problems - Performs other related duties as assignedCall Center Customer Service Requirements:- Must have 2 + years of customer service / call center experience- Excellent telephone skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a high volume production environment- Excellent decision making skills- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills- May require typing wpm minimum - Microsoft Office Suite experience (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)If you are interested and qualified, please apply directly to this job posting and a local recruiter will contact you!
