Job DescriptionNeed an admin assistance position in a fun environment? We need you! your primary role is to provide front-desk and general office duties, schedule and track visits for sales, respond to in-coming customer and vendor calls, process and book payments, prepare initial reports for warranty requests, and assist with daily scheduling of work crews to job sites. While this is a multi-tasking role, success is highly dependent on strong organizational skills, disciplined focus and attention to priorities, critical thinking and problem solving, as well as a combination of positive, outgoing, and collaborative disposition. Apply now!RequirementsUnderstanding and skills that are required include mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word-experience with Excel and PowerPoint is not required, but it would be highly desirable. Working knowledge of CRM, social media (for example Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Plus) and virtual marketing would be a major plus. Basic book keeping documentation and recording is required, but easily trained. Experience with FileMaker Pro would be very helpful, but employer will also provide training to candidate. Proven verbal and written communications is critical; managing iOS mobile Apple devices (set-up, phone, and texting) and VoIP phone system is essential. General conversational Spanish would be another plus, although not required. Ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to maintain positive outgoing personality and reasonable tolerance for occasionally stressful situations. Some college particularly in business, accounting, computer science, and/or marketing would be preferable; knowledge of the residential construction trades would be a plus. HighlightsPosition will initially cover a gap due to employee taking extended medical leave for up to six months. However, with the right candidate, this could evolve into a full-time role.
