Laboratory Technician

Laboratory Technician - Location Boise Idaho, Sensory Technician (Temporary Position) 15.00 per hour 8-4 PM The sensory technician will collaborate with and function as part of the Sensory team to support and/or lead the coordination and execution of sensory and consumer insight projects. Preparation of test samples as well as maintaining the test kitchen. Prepare, set-up, execute, and facilitate consumer sensory/taste test. Receiving and tracking all incoming samples and preparing test samples. Maintain sensory preparation area/lab samples test. Oversee inventory of samples and supplies. Maintain equipment to operating standards. Good computer skills Familiar with safe food handling practices and safety around food service cooking equipment Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED with one year of experience in sensory or food industry preferred, or B.S Degree in Sensory or Food Science preferred.
