We provide employment to more than 700,000 people annually and we deal with some of the largest and best companies both nationally and locally.  Pay rate: $23 Hours: Full time Length of Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension   POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Staff Engineer with file updating and data migration activities. Coordinate and plan equipment maintenance activities with external vendors.    Support with creating, tracking and updating purchase orders in the financial system. Assist Process Engineers with scheduling activities. Assist Staff Engineer with creating forms, templates, data entry and organizing files in structured folders per procedure. Maintain assigned task database so information is up to date on all on-going tasks, including status, completion time projections, and any problems that may have arisen during the course of the tasks. Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.   POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work with people in a highly matrix organization. Experience managing short deadlines, working with colleagues in different time zones and countries is required. Strong typing skills are required. Ability to operate computerized equipment and have the ability to learn and apply computer software - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Project, SharePoint, Visio Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and policies. Verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Demonstrate good safety mindset. Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. Must be able to facilitate small group discussions, when needed. Must be able to self manage with minimum supervision to reach targets and deadlines. Must be flexible and able to work overtime as needed. Must have consistently demonstrated excellent performance and attendance.
