Job DescriptionImmediate opening for a Customer Fulfillment Specialist in Reno, NevadaThe Customer Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for working with the Customer Service department to ensure orders shipped to meet expected delivery dates.- Monitor order status and prepare daily reports- Troubleshooting orders not processing correctly- Provide current product information to CSRs, and respond to back order inquiries- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate order processQualified candidates will have previous customer service experience in a Call Center environment- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office - Familiar with order processing software- Excellent communication skills- Accurate and detail oriented for data entry and proofreading- Prior logistics background helpful, but not required- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED is requiredApply now or refer a friend!
