Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, hardworking Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire role with one of our local manufacturing clients. Apply directly to this job posting or call our Kelly office at (763) 559-6925!Duties include but are not limited to:- Acting as a Customer Advocate, working closely with internal departments to ensure that we are providing quality products and services on a timely basis. - Responsible for managing all internal aspects of the sales activity (such as order entry, expediting, etc.) - Responsible for helping promote and sell our products and services to new and existing customers.- Processing orders, RFQs, and other customer requests in a manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations- Maintaining regular contact and proactively pursuing business opportunities with assigned accounts- Providing exceptional customer service to accountsHours: Days, Monday-FridayPay: $19 - $22/hr or more, depending on experienceRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
