About the Job:
The Nutrition Group has an open position of Commissary Production Manager at a large, local production kitchen. Duties may include supervision of food/meal preparation and delivery for local homes, senior citizen centers, schools, head start centers and daycare facilities.
Managers are required to Follow HACCP and Health Department guidelines.
Qualifications
Culinary or Food Service Experience
Staff Management Experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer Proficiency
Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
Valid Drivers License
