Purpose
This position is responsible for technical maintenance, support of Supply Chain Systems (WMS, TMS, OMS, MIF, and SCI). The person will also be any scripting, alerting for the systems. There is also design and Development of Interfaces (MIF webmethods).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Essential Job Functions
- Technical Support supply chain system and consult on integration points after hours as necessary
- Developing new scripts for alerting and monitoring. Working towards system stability.
- Installing new software or upgrades and documenting them.
- Participate in projects and provide cross-functional IT application support coordination on issues & design planning and integration across systems
- Participate in technical & functional design. Make recommendations that improve efficiency, minimize cost and support future business growth plans
- Manage integration challenges between MMS, TMS, OMS, MIF and other applications ( POS, MMS, Demand ware)
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
- Five years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
- Proven problem-solving and team building skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Experience in the following Areas
- JAVA
- Tomcat, JBOSS
- SQL
- Linux
- Following Experience is a plus.
- Integration software like Webmethods
- Reporting tools like Cognos
- Alerting systems like Splunk or sloarwinds
- Code management like JIT, JIRA
- Working knowledge of Manhattan Supply chain solutions is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
