Team Member requirements :

• No previous work experience required
• Ability to smile consistently
• Ability to hold conversations and talk with guests daily
• Ability to be in busy environments with lots of people around you
• Ability to Listen, Learn and repeat basic job functions

Supervisor requirements :

• Word, Excel & Power Point Experience
• Ability to communicate proficiently both verbally and in written form
• 1-2 years of QSR related experience leading and directing teams
• Basic understanding of daily sales reports
