Position Summary:
  • The VVC Specialist monitors all chargebacks that are being entered in CMS and ensure that charges are accurate and complete. The Specialist is also responsible on tracking and maintaining various reports and tracking log for the department and reports. The VVC Specialist will work closely with various department and both East and West Coast Distribution Center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check all chargeback entries
  • Track any chargeback errors from VVC Associates
  • Support reporting requirements of the department
  • Support DC compliance audits
  • Support the documentation of compliance issues accurately.
  • Supervise and proactively work towards resolution on daily and weekly assignments and objectives.
  • Takes proactive approach with other departments within the company to ensure that all important requirements and initiatives are identified for communication to the vendor community via vendor website and email communication.
  • Also create and develop internal and external training documents to discuss current and future initiatives.
  • Initiated and implemented ways to improve processes and database information.

Education and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical problem solver.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Detailed Oriented.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Vendor Compliance or Quality Audit.
