We’re seeking home-based technicians in the your area. With WeConnect, you keep a company van at home so your route starts and ends at home each day.

At WeConnect, you have the ability to earn more by making the most of opportunities.  Average income for technicians in their first two years is $37k, with a company average of $45k per year.  Our top technicians earn up to $90k! Bonuses and commission can add additional income.

Install technology and then teach our customers how to use their state-of-the art satellite TV and internet systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, resourcefulness and strong multi-tasking skills
• Basic computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio-video knowledge helpful
• Light construction  and/or electrician experience and knowledge of power tools is a plus
• Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs. at times, crawl into small spaces and work in all climates
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational school a plus
• A valid driver’s license, with a driving record that meets our safety standard
• Cable industry or other telecommunication installation experience is a plus, but not required
