Job Summary:

In this role you’ll be our onsite and remote representative of our Safety Team. You’ll spend your day by providing administrative support to associates on assignment, internal onsite staff, and the client.  You will be primarily responsible for providing remote safety assistance to staff members as they document Safety incidents utilizing a company hotline. To be successful in this role you’ll have excellent customer service and investigative skills to review safety-related reports and provide guidance or direct assistance with documentation.   

This is a Seasonal Role at our Client Location.

What you’ll do:

  • Coach and retrain as necessary our employees working on assignment exhibiting or practicing unsafe or at risk behaviors.  Escalate serious at risk behaviors to Integrity Safety Manager
  • Partner with internal staff members to answer questions, provide guidance and document Safety incidents utilizing screen-share technology
  • Investigate newly reported incidents to determine work-related classification and support team members to conduct detailed investigation reports
  • Assign Safety related action items to internal staff members to aid them in maintaining a safe work environment
  •  Input Safety Incident Investigation data into Workforce database in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Identify and inform onsite management team, Integrity Safety Manager, Integrity Safety Specialist, and Amazon Safety Department of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities by conducting daily, weekly and monthly audits.
  • Provide excellent level of customer service to our associates and staff members through phone and video conferencing
  • Perform Safety Observations & Audits

 

What you’ll need:

  • Completed HS Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service skills, communications skills, teamwork and a capacity to work in a fast paced working environment.
  • Self-motivated & desire to work in a team setting as well as individually.
  • Posses the ability to analyze incident data for potential concerns or risks
