Mon-Fri 7 am-4 pm, 1 hour lunch
(company is thinking about possibly switching schedule to 4-10's in the future)

50% work on the phone, 50% on the computer

Approx 100 (combined) phone calls and emails per day

The Global Claims Analyst will be responsible for:
-Looking at insurance policy declarations (outlines coverage), review claim rejections, and reassign claims when needed.
-negotiate with suppliers to get payments
-applying/posting payments
-will deal directly with OEM's and manufacturers

*This hybrid role of the Global Claims Analyst will support the Porsche account as well as a new program with VW Credit. It is IMPERATIVE this person has professional communication (written and verbal) to satisfy Porsche's expectations. The work supporting VW Credit deals with the insurance and dealerships have on the vehicles in their lot (hail damage, theft, etc).
