Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibility:

- Brand Ambassadors are taking high volume inbound phone calls from customers in which are 90% of calls received are irate.
- Empathy and a "Willing To Serve" mindset are huge qualities that are needed to be successful in this position.
- Brand Ambassadors must display the qualities of a multi-taker, problem-solver, and show the ability to retain high volume of information.
- Brand Ambassadors need have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Brand Ambassadors need to be driven and ambitious. Someone who is looking for a career and move up.
- Brand Ambassadors must have an ability to navigate through multiple computer systems while talking to customers on the phone.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an environment with customer service focus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with ability to verbally speak, listen, and type a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast pace business environment, which requires a high-level of concentration and multi-tasking
- Ability to be a great team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexible with different tasks handed to them and able to learn different programs

Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with 1 hour lunch.
