Embedded Software Engineer

A manufacturing company located in Northeast Ohio that specializes in the concept to completion design and development of highly advanced diagnostic and test equipment is currently seeking an Embedded Software Engineer with the following experience.

The Software Engineer will be responsible developing a PC based application that will configure with an embedded device. Candidates will responsible for new product development and the advancement of current legacy products. Candidates will be providing the full software development life cycle and concept to completion design of custom diagnostic and test technology.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in the realm of Software Development

- Experience with embedded software programming for microprocessor based hardware utilizing C

- Experience with low level embedded firmware

- Experience with real time operating systems

- Experience with developing software for an embedded hardware device

- Experience with communication software and technology including TCP/IP or Ethernet would be a plus
