Our client, an import-export company in Morton, PA is seeking a customer service agent to support their call center department. If you are qualified for and interested in this role, please apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or administrative customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exercising high attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication.

Job Description

Candidates must have a working understand of basic math.

  • Resolve customer service requests and inquiries with high quality customer service and professionalism. (No SLANG!)
  • Excellent understanding of all modes of communication: phone, fax, chat, email.
  • Organize and route customer orders and/or changes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned in the customer service department.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Follow company policies, rules and safety practices.
