Data Entry Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

This is a processing clerk working out of their processing center in their Hanover MD location.

This person will be processing the MVA/DMV information, looking at tags/license plates and gathering the information to initiate the citations out from the speed camera.

They will be handling about 15-20 calls an hour but they only last about 1-2 min long.

They will be answering questions about the citations, and/or transferring them to the automated system for payment. They also allow mail in payments but the candidate isn't allowed to take payment over the phone due to liability reasons.
