The Opportunity
Your Role:
Reports to: Controller
Job Status: Part-time/event driven
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age
Shift: Must be available to report to work 30 minutes prior to pubic entry on event days and work as late as 2:00am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining cash vault
Reconciling and reporting event cash
Securing change run during events
Receive cash bank(s) at beginning of work shift and verify accuracy by counting money in cash drawer
Receive cash from each department, reconcile and complete necessary reports
Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
Ensure an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements during work shift
Desire to deliver superior service to co-workers
Determines workers needed each day and assigns their duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Available nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
• Prior experience handling large sums of money accurately
• Experience in a bank or similar environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates must be 18 years or older. Hours vary by event schedule, flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays required. Usual start times vary between 4:00pm-5:00pm for an evening game
