I am currently hiring for a Building Engineer in Atlanta, GA.
The Building engineer facility maintenance tech will be in charge of handling all building related preventative maintenance work orders. The Tech will monitor building automation system which is Johnson controls Metasys brand. The Tech is responsible for walking location inspecting lights, plumbing (toilets if running constantly), leaking pipes, HVAC system (change filters, charge Freon), fix doors, change out stained ceiling tiles, drywall patching, repainting checking thermostat for temperature hold, and other parts of building.
