Assembly Supervisor

Aerotek has a new production supervisor opening available. This Supervisor would act as a floor lead, helping to line up assembly work, and debug issues as they arise on the floor.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Schedule work to maximize efficiency
• Work with operators to handle basic shop floor issues
• Work collaboratively with union employees to support production goals
• Hold people accountable

Requirements for this position include:

• Degree (Associates or better) OR union experience
• Union experience is highly desirable
• 5+ years of Production Supervisor experience
