In this role you will assist in scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage and with training of employees and ensuring that they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties. The Head Housekeeper inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishing, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction and will routinely perform all housekeeping duties necessary including making beds, and vacuuming and cleaning suites to ensure guest satisfaction.
