About this job
As the Lead Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities / schedules of all operators, use / operate all required equipment in a multi-step process to produce various parts, maintain accurate records of daily production activity, complete various reports, identify / report paperwork / process discrepancies along with equipment issues, take all necessary in-process actions to effectively manage workflow and communicate continuously with other departments to provide feedback on part quality.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing with at least 1 year as a "Lead" is REQUIRED, must have a strong work ethic, be able to work effectively on a team or independently, possess excellent organizational / communication skills and need ability to lift / move up to 50 pounds.
This Temp-To-Hire opportunity is for 1st shift from Mon-Fri and candidates must have the flexibility to work additional OT / Weekends.
