Well-established millwork shop located near Lake Success, NY seeks an experienced Millwork Project Manager. Client will be moving to Garden City area in the near future.
Qualified applicants MUST have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the millwork industry.
This position requires traveling to NYC twice a week.
Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Leading a team of individuals on different projects
- Complete responsibility for the profitability and success of the projects
- Work closely with estimators
- Manage the submittal process
- Develop & maintain relationship with the customers
- Manage the project and communicate all issues to the customers immediately
- Ensure that the key material delivery schedules are met
- Multi-site management
- Other functions as assigned
Salary is competitive & commensurate with experience
