Chemical Technicians

Job Description

• Perform inspection and initial wiping of parts with various solvents such as IPA and Acetone
• Perform chemical stripping / cleaning with Acids and Bases
• Handle chemical waste for disposal, polishing / scrubbing with abrasive pads
• Clean room packaging, boxing parts for shipment and housekeeping
• Wear clean room garments
• Must have exceptional skill at organizing tasks, efficiently managing their time and the ability to report out achieved task goals
• Maintain high degree of safety and environmental awareness through the practice of safe work habits
• Position may involve handling of hazardous chemicals including safe use of and disposal of hazardous chemicals
• Participation and adherence to safety program and completion of various training

Must be open to working overtime and swing or grave shifts
