Responsible for life guarding the pool and member service. Adherence to PROa??s core values and mission statement is expected and is critical to the success of the PRO Sports Club Aquatics department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure safety of members and that club and department safety related rules are observed
• Daily check list including pool maintenance, operations, water balance, cleaning, etc.
• Constant attention to maintaining show ready standard in aquatics department
• Attend all staff meetings and training programs
• General supervision of aquatics area
• Enforcing club rules, policies and procedures
• Membership promotions, tours
• Assisting the Aquatics Manager as needed
• Assist members with swim lesson registration as needed
• Management of special programs happening within the Aquatics dept.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 year pool experience lifeguarding or instructing
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
