About this job
Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 1-5 yrs exp in high volume automotive precision machining operations., will consider recent grad who has good internship/co-op experience in a high volume precision machining plant.
Requirements include knowledge of standard quality systems(TS16949)(PPAP,GR&R,R&R) Knowledge of key engineering systems(Lean,VSM,ECN,kaizen, PFMEA, APQP) and exceptional problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include standardizing processes and engineering documentation, documenting continuous improvement efforts, overseeing product launches from start to finish, quoting new projects. Successful candidates will be flexible, able to multi-task,be self starters and possess hands on mentality.
Plant employs 250/300 people nonunion. Machines and assembles precision components as a tier 2 supplier for automotive industry!
Equipment includes Tornos, Hydramats, Centerless Grinders and CNC turning, Multi Spindle Lathes,
