Roeliff Jansen Park Events Coordinator
The Town of Hillsdale, as Supervisors of the Roeliff Jansen Community Park, is accepting applications for the position of Roeliff Jansen Community Park Events Coordinator.
A self-motivated individual will:
a??Promote the use of the Roeliff Jansen Park for appropriate Events
a??Respond to all inquiries promptly
a??Schedule on-site, face-to-face meetings with potential client(s)
a??Oversee the contractual agreement between the Park and the Event client(s)
a??Supervise Event set-up and clean-up as necessary
a??Immediately notify the Town regarding any questions or violations of Event contract
a??Provide monthly reports to the Hillsdale Town Board
