Entry Level Customer Service Representative (Degree Required) - Full-time / Part-time

• Service order processing and quotes
• Non-technical customer and sales personnel support
• Coordinates delivery schedules, prices, etc.
• Administration of service orders including books, receiving, shipping and revisions
• Manage equipment inventory
• Schedule and coordinate on site calibration services
• Work with sales department regarding customers upgrade and demo orders
• Special projects related to administration, operations and accounting
• Work with finance for invoicing, credits, credit hold and collections
