ABOUT CREATIVE COLORS INTERNATIONAL Creative Colors International, Inc. is the industry leader in repairing scratches, cuts, tears, burns in all leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces, primarily providing these services to the automotive, furniture, commercial and residential markets. This position is entry level. You will be cleaning, dying and deodorizing vehicle interiors. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greatly improve the appearance of automotive interiors per our clients' requirements * Inspect vehicles for work * Prepare invoices for all service orders * Investigate and solve customer problems * Track and maintain van inventory * 3 weeks of paid training provided. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: * Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision * Strong attention to detail * Persistent, hard working * Good people skills * Strong oral communication skills * Polite, respectful demeanor * Honest, loyal * Outgoing personality * Self starter * Money motivated * Hands-on problem solving experience * Capability to work in all weather conditions * A valid driver s license * May not be colorblind * Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease. * Able to work mostly M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Additional hours may be required to complete a task. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: * Past experience in customer service industry preferred * Must possess high school diploma or equivalent * Vehicle, fuel, materials & uniform allowance will be provided * Candidate must pass drug test, background check and driving record check. COMPENSATION: A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into an hourly wage, starting at $18/hr + monthly performance bonus potential. Paid vacation.
